Returns Policy

You may return any eligible product you have ordered from welovepurewater.com within 14 days from receipt of delivery of merchandise.

The Love Pure Water Customer Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will issue a return authorisation number for you to use.

Exceptions: We cannot accept returns on any item that is not in the same condition as when the item was received by you. We can accept returns only if the item is in the original unused condition and in its original undamaged packing.

Refunds or Credits will be processed after the goods have been received. We aim to process all returns within one (1) week.
